Description
The AD9740W is a 10-bit, 210 MSPS TxDAC digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that offers exceptional spurious-free dynamic range performance and a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 65 dB at 5 MHz output and 125 MSPS. It supports both twos complement and straight binary data formats and features differential current outputs ranging from 2 mA to 20 mA. The AD9740W operates on a single 3.3 V supply with a power dissipation of 135 mW and includes a power-down mode that reduces standby power dissipation to 15 mW. It also incorporates an on-chip 1.2 V reference and edge-triggered latches for a complete monolithic DAC solution.
