Description
AD8639ACPZ-REEL Overview
Op amp is packaged in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. Op amps are Zero-Drift types of amplifier on the chip. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. During the past two weeks, there have been close to 8 terminations. A total of 8 pins are located on this board. It is important to remember that this op amp should be operated at a voltage of 5V volts. I would like to specify that this buffer amplifier belongs to the Operational Amplifier-type of devices. Linear amplifier includes 8 pins. Op amp ic rates 9μV for input offset voltage. For this electrical component, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. In terms of operating temperature, this instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of about -40°C~125°C .
