AD7503KQ Overview
The Surface Mount technology, also known as SMT, is widely used in the manufacturing of electronic devices. One of the key components of this technology is the use of CMOS, which stands for Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor. However, it is important to note that not all devices using this technology are qualified for use. In fact, the Qualification Status of some devices may be Not Qualified. This is the case for the SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER, an Analog IC - Other Type with a Number of Circuits of 1. This device has a Supply Current-Max (Isup) of 0.8mA and a Channel Capacitance (CS(off), CD(off)) of 5pF and 30pF respectively. The Switch Time (Ton, Toff) (Max) is 800ns, with a typical value of 800ns. The Switch-on Time-Max is 80ns. CMOS MULTIPLEXER IC
The AD7503 is a monolithic CMOS, 8-channel analog multiplexer which switch one of eight inputs to a common output, depending on the state of three binary address lines and an “enable” input. The AD7503 is identical to the AD7501 except its “enable” logic is inverted. All digital inputs are TTL/DTL and CMOS logic compatible.
