Description
The AD7280A is a lithium ion battery monitoring system that provides accurate cell voltage and auxiliary ADC measurements for up to six cells. It features a 12-bit ADC with a conversion time of 1 μs per channel, an internal ±3 ppm/°C reference, and a cell balancing interface. The AD7280A operates from a single Voo supply ranging from 8 V to 30 V and has a power-down current of 1.8 μA. It is available in a 48-lead LQFP package and is qualified for automotive applications.
