AD623-00E Overview
This Tube package protects the magnetic switch from damage. A safety precaution is taken by putting the magnetic switches into 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. A good performance can be achieved with magnetic switches that can deliver 4.5mA as the maximum current. It is possible for these switches to output 20mA as the maximum current when they are working. To be output, magnetic switches need a maximum current of 20mA. They can supply up to 4.5mA amps of current. Magnet switches can operate at a maximum temperature of 125°C. This magnetic switch, however, requires an operating temperature of -40°C.
