AD5420AREZ Overview
A 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package contains it, and it is available for download. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 15V volts is required. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board.
