Description
The AD5160 is a 256-position digital potentiometer (DPOT) in a compact SOT-23-8 package (2.9 mm x 3 mm). It offers a wide resistance range (5 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, 100 kΩ) and a low temperature coefficient (45 ppm/°C). The AD5160 is controlled via an SPI-compatible digital interface and has a power-on preset to midscale. It operates from a single supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and consumes less than 5 μA, making it suitable for portable battery-operated applications.
