Description
The 851021 is a 1to21 Differential HCSL Fanout Buffer designed to translate differential input signals (LVPECL, LVHSTL, LVDS, HCSL) to differential HCSL output levels. It utilizes an external reference resistor to set the current supplied to an external load/termination resistor, which is chosen to match the characteristic line impedance of 500 ohms. The 851021 operates at a supply voltage of 3.3V and features differential HCSL outputs with accurate crossover voltage and duty cycle.
