Description
The ICS8430002 is a high-performance fractional-n LVPECL frequency synthesizer designed for a wide range of applications. It features a 2:1 input multiplexer that allows for either a crystal or differential input. The differential input can be configured to accept single-ended signals. The device has dual differential LVPECL outputs with independent output dividers, enabling the generation of two different frequencies. Each output pair has a dedicated power supply pin, allowing for operation at either 3.3V or 2.5V. The ICS8430002 also provides a buffered reference clock or crystal frequency on the REF_OUT pin, which can be enabled or disabled. The output frequency can be programmed using either a serial or parallel interface.
