With a maximum Reflow Temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and a Supply Voltage of 5.5V, this EEPROM is designed to withstand a range of operating conditions. Its 2-Wire, I2C, Serial Interface allows for efficient communication with other devices. The 3mA Nominal Supply Current ensures low power consumption. With a Write Cycle Time of 5ms for both Word and Page, data can be quickly and accurately written. The maximum Write Cycle Time of 5ms ensures reliable performance.
