Description
1N4933 Overview
Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 50V.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.In addition to its primary function, this electronic or electrical device generates no heat.A forward current of 1A is allowed.There is no 2.5W heat loss (energy loss) from electronic or electrical devices.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 1A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 30A.A 12pF value can be delivered based on the capacitance.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 5μA, as shown in the data chart.
