OV02740-H34A Overview
34-BGA Module packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be 2.8V voltage supplied by the image sensors. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Tray. It is recommended to set the maximum operating temperature of the image sensors to 85°C. When image sensors are in operation, the temperature should not be below -30°C.
