For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 67-BCPGA packages. An image sensor should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. We'll package these image sensors in the Bulk for protection. In order for the image sensor to work properly, its dynamic range should be 64 dB. In accordance with specifications, the image sensor has a 1 inch optical format. 67 pins make up the image sensor.
