Description
BD3573YFP-ME2 Overview
The package is delivered in a Cut Tape (CT) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-252-5, DPak (4 Leads Tab), TO-252AD case is used. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -40°C~125°C TA degrees for it to function. As you can see, this regulator's output function is configured to be Positive. At present, it can produce an output of up to 500mA.
