AR0230CSSC12SUEA0-DR Overview
80-LBGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Tray. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 96 dB. An image sensor with an optical format of 1/2.7 inch has been specified. In the case of image sensors, the maximum voltage available is 1.95V. However, image sensors should supply 1.7V voltage at all. Image sensors should not be subjected to temperatures above 85°C in order to function properly. These electronic parts, however, should be heated above -30°C. It is possible for image sensors to carry a maximum current of 265mA while they are in operation.
