Description
The XC6220 series is a highly accurate, low noise, high speed, low dropout, and large current CMOS voltage regulator with GreenOperation function. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, an inrush current prevention circuit, and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor.

Maximum Output Current: 1000mA (TYP: 1200mA limit)
Dropout Voltage: (1.2V ≤ VOUT ≤ 5.0V): 20mV @ 100mA (VOUT=3.0V): 60mV @ 300mA (VouT-3.0V)
Operating Voltage Range: 1.6V - 6.0V
Output Voltage Range: 0.8V - 5.0V (0.05V increments)
Accuracy: ±1% (VOUT≥2.0V): ±20mV (Vour <2.0V)
Low Power Consumption: 8μA (TYP) in PS mode, 50μA (TYP) in HS mode
Operating Temperature: -40°C- 85°C
Thermal Shutdown: Detect 150°C, Release 135°C (TYP.)
Inrush Current Protection: 700mA (TYP.)
