Description
US1B-13-F Overview
Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 100V.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.A forward current of 1A is allowed.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 1A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 30A.A 20pF value can be delivered based on the capacitance.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 5μA, as shown in the data chart.
