UCC5630AFQP Overview
It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a device matching the impedance of the line, which is known as 9 termination. A well-known feature of the 48-LQFP is its low packaging cost. Material choices are based on Tray's. Mounting it on a PCB is done with Surface Mount. In order to prevent overheating, the Operating Temperature should not exceed 0°C~70°C degrees Celsius. SCSI, LVD, SE-qualified material suitable for standard applications. A 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage is provided to ensure normal operation. Devices from the supplier are packaged in 48-LQFP (7x7).
