Description

UCC5628FQPTR Overview
It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a device matching the impedance of the line, which is known as 14 termination. A well-known feature of the 48-LQFP is its low packaging cost. Materials used for packaging are the same as those used by Tape & Reel (TR). The mounting on the PCB is done with Surface Mount. It is recommended that the Operating Temperature not exceed 0°C~70°C. For standard applications, it is SCSI, LVD, SE-qualified. As a precaution, a 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage has been provided. Specific uses are provided with 48 pins. There are 14 signal lines, which mean those lines for public or private signal or communication service and devoted exclusively to the transmission of signals or intelligence. Keeping the supply voltage at 3.3V is essential for high efficiency.
