Description
The UBA2017/UBA2017A are high-voltage Integrated Circuits (ICs) designed to drive fluorescent lamps with filaments, such as Tube Lamps (TL) and Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL), in general lighting applications. The ICs incorporate a fluorescent lamp control module, half-bridge driver, and various protection mechanisms. They drive fluorescent lamps using a half-bridge circuit consisting of two MOSFETs with a supply voltage of up to 600 V.
