Description
The U2043B integrated circuit is designed for use in relay-controlled automotive flashers that require a high level of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). It features temperature and voltage compensated frequency, warning indication of lamp failure through frequency doubling, and a minimum lamp load for flasher operation of greater than 10W. The relay output has a high current carrying capacity and low saturation voltage, and the circuit exhibits low susceptibility to EMI.
