Description
The TPS74201 is a low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator that provides a robust power management solution for various applications. It features user-programmable soft-start to minimize stress on the input power source by reducing capacitive inrush current during startup. The soft-start is monotonic and suitable for powering processors and ASICs. The enable input and power-good output allow easy sequencing with external regulators. This flexibility enables users to configure a solution that meets the sequencing requirements of FPGAs, DSPs, and other applications with special startup requirements.
