Description
The TPS65138 is a dual output AMOLED display power supply designed for battery-operated products. It integrates a boost converter and an inverting buck-boost converter to drive AMOLED displays requiring positive and negative supply rails. The digital control pin (CTRL) allows programming the negative output voltage in digital steps. The TPS65138 uses a novel technology enabling excellent line and load regulation, which is crucial to avoid disturbance of the AMOLED display by input voltage disturbances during transmit periods in mobile phones.
