TPS54620RHLR Overview
As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 14 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz~1.6MHz. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 17V.
