There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tube package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting.
