optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 5.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.221V. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 23V.
