Description
The TPS2375 family of integrated circuits are designed for use in IEEE 802.3af compliant powered devices (PDs). These devices integrate all the necessary features for PD operation, including detection, classification, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), inrush current control, current limiting, power-good reporting, and overtemperature protection. The TPS2375 family supports the use of low-cost silicon rectifiers and features a true open-drain, power-good function. The devices are available in 8-pin SOIC and TSSOP packages and operate over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
