Overview
Description
The TPS2041 and TPS2051 are power distribution switches designed for applications with heavy capacitive loads and potential short circuits. They are 135-mΩ N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches controlled by a logic enable compatible with 5-V and 3-V logic. An internal charge pump provides gate drive, minimizing current surges during switching and allowing operation from supplies as low as 2.7 V.
