TNY254GN-TL Overview

One such component is the R-PDSO-G8 package, which has 8 terminations and is compliant with the JESD-30 code. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for use in various environments. Despite its compact size, this package can withstand high voltages up to 700V and has a low supply current of only 0.2mA. Additionally, it meets the strict control features of EN and is RoHS compliant, ensuring its environmental friendliness. Although it is not yet qualified, the potential of this package is undeniable.
