The TMS320DM643x series of processors, also known as DaVinci™, offers a wide range of features and capabilities for various applications. One of the key specifications of this series is the mounting type, which is surface mount. This allows for easy installation and integration into existing systems. The package/case for this series is 376-BBGA with an exposed pad, providing efficient heat dissipation. The packaging for these processors is done in trays, making it convenient for bulk orders and storage. Despite its impressive features, the TMS320DM643x series is now obsolete. It offers a variety of interfaces, such as HPI, I2C, McASP, McBSP, PCI, UART, and 10/100 Ethernet MAC. The voltage for I/O is 1.8V and 3.3V, while the core voltage is 1.20V. Additionally, it has a non-volatile memory of 64kB ROM and 240kB of on-chip data RAM.
