TLV2460IDR Overview
The terminal position of this device is DUAL, meaning it has two operating positions. The operating supply current is 550μA, which is the amount of current needed for the device to function properly. The voltage supply for this device is single or dual, with a range of 2.7V to 6V for single supply and ±1.35V to 3V for dual supply. The unity gain BW-nom is 6400 kHz, indicating the frequency range at which the device has a gain of 1. The voltage gain for this device is 109dB, which is a measure of the amplification of the input signal. This device does not have a low-bias option. The maximum input offset current (IIO) is 0.007μA, which is the difference between the actual and expected input currents. The device has a length of 4.9mm and a thickness of 1.58mm. It is not radiation hardened, meaning it is not designed to withstand high levels of radiation.

TLV2460IDR More Descriptions
Single, 6-V, 6.4-MHz, RRIO operational amplifier with shutdown 8-SOIC -40 to 125
Op Amp Single Low Power Amplifier R-R I/O ±3V/6V 8-Pin SOIC T/R
Operational Amplifier (Op-Amp) IC; No. of Amplifiers:1; Op Amp Type:Low Power; Gain Bandwidth -3db:6.4MHz; Slew Rate:1.6V/µs; Supply Voltage Min:2.7V; Supply Voltage Max:6V; No. of Pins:8 ;RoHS Compliant: Yes
The TLV246x is a family of low-power rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers specifically designed for portable applications. The input common-mode voltage range extends beyond the supply rails for maximum dynamic range in low-voltage systems. The amplifier output has rail-to-rail performance with high-output-drive capability, solving one of the limitations of older rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers. This rail-to-rail dynamic range and high output drive make the TLV246x ideal for buffering analog-to-digital converters. The operational amplifier has 6.4 MHz of bandwidth and 1.6 V/t,s of slew rate with only 500 t,A of supply current, providing good ac performance with low power consumption. Three members of the family offer a shutdown terminal, which places the amplifier in an ultra low supply current mode (IDD = 0.3 t,A/ch). While in shutdown, the operational-amplifier output is placed in a high-impedance state. DC applications are also well served with an input noise voltage of 11 nV/Delta Hz and input offset voltage of 100 t,V. This family is available in the low-profile SOT23, MSOP, and TS SOP packages. The TLV2460 is the firs trail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier with shutdown available in the 6-pin SOT23, making it perfect for high-density circuits. The family is specified over an expanded temperature range (TA = -40oC to 125oC) for use in industrial control and automotive systems, and over the military temperature range (TA = -55oC to 125oC) for use in military systems.
