TLC274IN Overview
The TLC274 is a high-performance operational amplifier from the LinCMOS™ series, featuring four functions and a surface mount design. With a low operating supply current of 3.8mA and a common mode rejection ratio of 65 dB, this amplifier offers superior performance in a compact package. The maximum supply voltage limit of 18V ensures reliable operation in various applications. The TLC274 has a thickness of 3.9mm and is not micropower enabled. Additionally, it is not radiation hardened, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.
