Description
TL7700CPSR Overview
Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. Packaging is in the form of a Cut Tape (CT). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are 8-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When 3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. This power management system has 8 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.8V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 40V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 600μA. Among other features, IC power can be also taken advantage of [0], for instance. You can always use TL7700, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. In order to operate this power management, it requires 2/36V volts of power. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 1mA.
