Description
The TFF11096HN is a Kband frequency generator designed for low phase noise Local Oscillator (LO) circuits in Kband VSAT transmitters and transceivers. Its phase noise meets the IESS308 standard set by Intelsat.

LO generator with VCO range of 9.53 GHz to 9.72 GHz
Input signal range of 37 MHz to 608 MHz
Divider settings of 16, 32, 64, 128, or 256
Output level of 3 dBm with stability of 2 dB
Third or fourth order PLL
Internally stabilized voltage references for loop filter
