Overview

Description
The TDA9965 is a 12-bit, 5.0 V, 30 Msps analog-to-digital interface for CCD cameras. It is designed to provide a high-quality digital output from a CCD camera sensor. The TDA9965 features a low-noise, high-speed analog front-end with a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The ADC is followed by a digital filter and a decimation filter. The TDA9965 also includes a number of features to improve the image quality, such as a black level clamp, a white level clamp, and a gamma correction circuit.
