TDA21320XUMA1 Overview
It supports 1 outputs in total. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 38-WFLGA in order to facilitate transportation. Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, CPU and other applications. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -25°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage of 4.5V~16Vas its input voltage. The voltage regulator has 38terminals. The PCB or other board has a Surface Mount for mounting. This power regulator is powered by 5V voltage and can perform a wide range of demanding tasks. There is a minimum supply voltage of 4.5Vallowed by this power supply regulator. DC voltage regulators provide maximum supply voltages of 16V. The interface between this external regulator and the power supply is provided by IC HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.
