TC7660CPA Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The space-saving 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Through Hole mounting. As long as its operating temperature is 0°C~70°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to -Vin 2Vin. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 5V is provided. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Other Analog ICs subcategory.
