Description
The TC7135 is a 4-1/2 digit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a resolution of 50 ppm (1 part in 20,000) and a maximum nonlinearity error of 1 count. It features an auto-zero cycle that reduces zero error to below 10 uV and zero drift to 0.5 μV/°C. The TC7135 has a low input current of 10 pA, which minimizes source impedance errors. Rollover error is limited to ±1 count.
The TC7135 is supported by microprocessor-based measurement systems through its BUSY, STROBE, and RUN/HOLD control signals. It also supports remote data acquisition systems with data transfer via UARTs. The additional control pins and multiplexed BCD outputs make the TC7135 ideal for display or microprocessor-based measurement systems.
