Description
The TC1313 is a dual-output regulator that combines a 500 mA synchronous buck regulator and a 300 mA low-dropout regulator (LDO). It provides a highly integrated solution for devices requiring multiple supply voltages. The buck regulator operates at a fixed frequency of 2.0 MHz under heavy load, providing low noise and a small size. It automatically transitions to PFM mode under light load to minimize quiescent current draw. The LDO requires a single 1 μF ceramic output capacitor and has a typical dropout voltage of 137 mV at 200 mA load. The TC1313 is available in 10-pin DFN or MSOP packages and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
