Overview
Description
The TC1263 is a fixed-output, high-accuracy CMOS low dropout regulator designed for battery-operated systems. Its CMOS construction eliminates wasted ground current, extending battery life. It features ultra-low noise operation, very low dropout voltage (350 mV at full load), and fast response to load changes. The TC1263 incorporates overtemperature and overcurrent protection, is stable with a 1 μF output capacitor, and has a maximum output current of 500 mA.
