Description
The TC1054, TC1055, and TC1186 are CMOS low dropout regulators (LDOs) with shutdown features and an ERROR output. They are designed for battery-operated systems and offer low ground current, low dropout voltage, and high output voltage accuracy. The devices are available in 50 mA (TC1054), 100 mA (TC1055), and 150 mA (TC1186) output current options.
