Description
The SY100EL1003 is a high-speed current source designed to drive semiconductor laser diodes in optical transmission applications. It features DC-voltage controlled output current modulation, separate output enable for laser safety, and differential inputs for data. The device incorporates complementary open collector outputs capable of driving peak currents of 75mA. The laser driver current is adjustable through the selection of RSET.
