Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 1.2kV.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.A forward current of 8A is allowed.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 8A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 80A.A 7pF value can be delivered based on the capacitance.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 8μA, as shown in the data chart.
