SCANH162512SM Overview

There is one type of termination that is called the 64 termination, which consists in terminating a transmission line with a device that has an impedance that matches the characteristic impedance of the line itself. In order to maintain normal operation of the device, the supply voltage should remain above 3.3V. It is designed with 8 Bits. It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a device that matches the line's characteristic impedance, known as 2 terminations. As you can see from the image, this electronic component is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction. 64 pins are used in its design. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.6V. It is necessary to have a greater supply voltage (Vsup) than 2.7V in order to operate correctly.
