A RMS current describes the average strength of a current, disregarding its direction, and its RMS current (Irms) is 8A.For a normal operation of the device, the RMS on-state current must remain under 8A.In electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices, a holding current (hypostatic) is the minimum current required to keep them in the 'ON' state, and it can be 30mA.This thyristor has 1.6V forward voltage, which is the voltage needed to get current flowing across it.Insulation effectiveness can be determined by the leakage current, and its maximum leakage current can be 0.2mA.
