Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. This shunt regulator targets at Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator and other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 3.15V~5.5V. 10 terminals are present on the electronic component. This alternator regulator has 10pins in its pinout. Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount. There are 10 pins on the power supply regulator. Currently, the electrical regulator should output 3A. The input voltage for this alternator regulator must be greater than 3.15V. This power regulator is powered by 5V voltage and can perform a wide range of demanding tasks. This external regulator uses BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC to interface.
