In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tray. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Die packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 250nA current.
