Description
The PCM1728 is a CMOS delta-sigma stereo audio digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed for mid- to high-grade digital audio applications. It supports sampling frequencies from 16kHz to 96kHz and input audio data word lengths of 16, 20, and 24 bits. The PCM1728 features an enhanced multi-level delta-sigma modulator architecture that improves audio dynamic performance and reduces jitter sensitivity. It also incorporates an 8x oversampling digital filter with a stop band attenuation of -82dB and a passband ripple of ±0.002dB.
