The OPAx992-Q1 family ( OPA992-Q1, OPA2992-Q1, and OPA4992-Q1) is a family of high voltage (40 V) general purpose operational amplifiers. These devices offer excellent DC precision and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset (±210 µV, typ), low offset drift (±0.25 µV/°C, typ) and low noise (7 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz, 4.4 nV/√Hz at 10 kHz).
Features such as differential and common-mode input voltage ranges to the supply rails, high short-circuit current (±65 mA), and high slew rate (32 V/µs) make the OPAx992-Q1 a flexible, robust, and high-performance op amp for high-voltage automotive applications.
The OPAx992-Q1 family of op amps is available in standard packages (such as SOIC, TSSOP, VSSOP, SOT-23, and SC70), and is specified from –40°C to 125°C.
