NLX1G58AMX1TCG Overview
The 6-XFLGA package is available for download. It is included in this package that the Tape & Reel (TR) package is also available. As well as the Surface Mount version, it is available. The Single-Ended output function of this machine is fully functional. Configurable Multiple Function logic communication type is used. At -55°C~125°C, operating temperatures have been extended.
